Payment Terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- The guest can cancel for free 90 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
Deposit
- The deposit is 500,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
